Agreement Overview
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BitoLink, a communication-centric project management platform where team conversations are transformed into structured tasks, workflows, and project records (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using BitoLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

The following terms have specific meanings throughout this agreement:

Refers to any individual accessing the Services.

Refers to members granted access by an Organization.
Refers to messages, tasks, files, project data, and AI-generated outputs processed through the Services.
2. Eligibility
To use BitoLink, you must meet the following requirements:

Have authority to bind your organization (if applicable)
Lawful Purpose
Use Services only for lawful business and collaboration purposes
3. Account Registration & Security
Your account security is a shared responsibility:
- Accurate and current information must be provided during registration
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
- Organizations are responsible for managing access and permissions
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:
- Use BitoLink for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activities
- Upload or transmit harmful code, malware, or unauthorized content
- Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
- Misuse AI features to generate misleading, harmful, or illegal content
- Violate intellectual property, privacy, or data protection laws
5. Communication-to-Work Functionality & AI Use
AI-Powered Workflow Automation
- BitoLink uses AI to analyze messages and generate structured tasks, summaries, and workflows
- AI outputs are assistive and may require user review or validation
- Users remain responsible for reviewing, approving, and executing generated work
- BitoLink does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated outputs
6. Content Ownership & Responsibilities
Your Content Ownership
Users and Organizations retain ownership of their Content. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of Content shared on the platform.
License to BitoLink
You grant BitoLink a limited, non-exclusive license to process Content solely to provide the Services, including AI-powered analysis and task generation.

- For non-payment of subscription fees

- Outstanding payments remain due and payable
