3. Account Registration & Security
Your account security is a shared responsibility:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date account information
- You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account
- BitoDesk is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence
4. Use of Services
You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:
- Use BitoDesk for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Upload malware, harmful code, or malicious content
- Interfere with platform security or performance
- Violate applicable data protection or privacy laws
- Infringe on intellectual property or third-party rights
5. Customer Data & Responsibilities
Understanding data roles and responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities

- Comply with all applicable data protection regulations

7. Data Deletion & Account Termination
Data Deletion Requests
Users may request data deletion using the Data Deletion Request option in their account settings or by contacting support.

Account Termination Impact
Account termination may result in loss of access to all stored data, including tickets, chats, and configurations.
8. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments
- Certain features require a paid subscription

- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

Users retain ownership of their content. You grant BitoDesk a limited, non-exclusive license to process content solely to provide the Services.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to:

12. Service Availability & Modifications
- BitoDesk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
