Can’t Sign into PayBitoPro Account

Username

Make sure that you are entering the correct username.

If you forgot the username or want to change it, you need to contact the support team. Moreover, you have to send an email to support@paybito.com

Note: If your username is common and easy to guess, or if you’ve made it public, then your account might have been locked. Moreover, this is due to an attempted brute-force attack. Therefore in such a case, you will need to contact client support.

Password

Make sure that you are entering the correct password. We recommend using a reputable password manager to keep your passwords safe from theft or forgetfulness.

To reset your password:

Go to Sign In > “Forgot Password?”
Enter your PayBitoPro account email and username.
Check your email for the password reset link.
Be sure to enter your OTP, while resetting the new password.

If you have an OTP but don’t remember it, a password reset will not be possible. You will need to contact the support team.

Note:

The password reset link expires 30 minutes after it is sent and can only be used once. For security reasons, if you failed the password reset method you will have to wait 2-4 hours to request again.
If you don’t receive the password reset email, either you inputted the incorrect information (email address or username), or the reset email may be in your spam folder.
