4. Platform Use & Conduct

- Violate advertising, influencer marketing, or disclosure regulations
- Upload malicious software or harmful code
- Attempt to manipulate analytics or campaign performance
5. Influencer & Campaign Responsibilities
For Business Users
- You are responsible for ensuring campaigns comply with applicable laws and regulations
- You must provide accurate campaign details and compensation terms
- You are solely responsible for campaign outcomes and claims
For Influencers
- Influencers must comply with disclosure and advertising requirements
- Content must be truthful and not misleading
- Influencers are responsible for their own tax and reporting obligations
6. Verification & Platform Discretion
- TeamUps may conduct verification of users and influencers
- Verification does not constitute endorsement or guarantee of performance
- TeamUps reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove profiles or campaigns at its discretion
