These Wallet Funding Services Terms (“Wallet Funding Terms”) govern the use of the Wallet Funding Services made available through the Platform.
These Wallet Funding Terms supplement the PayBito Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Wallet Services Agreement, Card Wallet Funding Terms (where applicable), and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference.
By using the Wallet Funding Services, the User agrees to these Wallet Funding Services Terms.
For purposes of these Wallet Funding Services Terms, capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings assigned in the Wallet Services Agreement.
“Funding Method” means any payment method supported by the Platform that may be used to increase the balance of a Platform Wallet, including payment cards, bank transfers, digital assets, electronic payment methods, or any other funding method supported by the Platform.
“Wallet Funding” means a transaction that increases the balance of a User’s Platform Wallet using a supported Funding Method.
“Wallet Funding Partner” means a payment processor, financial institution, payment service provider, banking partner, card processor, payment gateway, or other authorized third-party service provider used by PayBito to facilitate Wallet Funding.
“Funding Authorization” means the User’s express authorization to initiate a Wallet Funding transaction using a selected Funding Method.
“Funding Transaction” means an individual Wallet Funding transaction initiated by the User.
“Funding Amount” means the amount authorized by the User for Wallet Funding before any applicable fees or adjustments.
“Funding Confirmation” means the Platform’s confirmation that a Funding Transaction has been successfully processed and the applicable Wallet Assets have been credited to the User’s Platform Wallet.
“Funding Failure” means a Funding Transaction that cannot be completed because of authorization failure, payment rejection, insufficient funds, compliance restrictions, operational issues, technical failures, fraud prevention measures, or other circumstances preventing successful Wallet Funding.
These Wallet Funding Services Terms govern the User’s use of the Wallet Funding Services made available through the Platform.
These Wallet Funding Services Terms apply whenever a User initiates a Funding Transaction using a Funding Method supported by the Platform.
These Wallet Funding Services Terms supplement:
Where a Funding Method is subject to additional terms, such terms shall supplement these Wallet Funding Services Terms solely with respect to that Funding Method.
The Wallet Funding Services enable Users to increase the balance of their Platform Wallet using one or more Funding Methods supported by the Platform.
The availability of any Funding Method may vary based upon jurisdiction, applicable law, Platform functionality, compliance requirements, Wallet Funding Partner capabilities, and other operational considerations.
Wallet Funding may only be initiated by the User through the Platform using a Funding Method supported by the Platform.
The User is responsible for reviewing the Funding Amount and selected Funding Method before submitting a Funding Transaction.
Each Funding Transaction requires a separate Funding Authorization from the User.
Submission of one Funding Transaction does not authorize any future Funding Transaction.
The Platform may require additional authentication or verification before processing a Funding Transaction.
Upon successful processing of a Funding Transaction, the applicable Wallet Assets shall be credited to the User’s Platform Wallet.
The User acknowledges that Wallet Funding increases the balance of the Platform Wallet only and does not, by itself, constitute payment to a Merchant or the purchase of goods or services.
The User acknowledges that Wallet Funding and Merchant Payments are separate and independently authorized transactions.
Funding a Platform Wallet does not authorize or complete a Merchant Payment.
A separate Merchant Payment Authorization is required before Wallet Assets may be transferred to a Merchant.
Following successful processing of a Funding Transaction, the Platform may provide a Funding Confirmation containing transaction details, including the Funding Amount, Funding Method, transaction identifier, timestamp, and other information maintained by the Platform.
A Funding Transaction may fail or be declined for reasons including:
The Platform is under no obligation to complete a Funding Transaction that cannot be successfully processed.
Where required by applicable law, Platform policies, Wallet Funding Partner requirements, fraud prevention measures, compliance obligations, or operational error correction procedures, a Funding Transaction may be reversed, adjusted, declined, or cancelled.
Where reasonably practicable, the Platform will reflect such adjustments within the User’s Platform Wallet.
The Platform does not guarantee the continued availability of any Funding Method.
PayBito may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue one or more Funding Methods at any time where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, operational requirements, Wallet Funding Partner requirements, security considerations, or Platform Risk Controls.
PayBito provides the technology and Platform services necessary to facilitate Wallet Funding.
Wallet Funding may be processed through one or more Wallet Funding Partners.
Nothing in these Wallet Funding Services Terms creates a contractual relationship between the User and any Wallet Funding Partner unless expressly provided under a separate agreement.
The User acknowledges that Wallet Funding is solely the process of increasing the balance of the User’s Platform Wallet.
Wallet Funding does not constitute payment to a Merchant, purchase of goods or services, or acceptance of any commercial transaction with a Merchant.
A Merchant Payment, where applicable, remains subject to a separate authorization by the User.
The User shall provide complete, accurate, and current information when initiating a Funding Transaction.
The User is responsible for ensuring that all information submitted in connection with Wallet Funding is accurate.
The User represents and warrants that the User is authorized to use the selected Funding Method.
The User shall not initiate a Funding Transaction using a Funding Method without the necessary legal authority or authorization.
The User shall use the Wallet Funding Services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with:

The identity of a Wallet Funding Partner may vary depending upon the Funding Method, jurisdiction, regulatory requirements, operational considerations, or Platform configuration.
Wallet Funding Partners may perform services including:
Wallet Funding Partners are independent service providers.
Nothing in these Wallet Funding Services Terms creates a contractual relationship between the User and any Wallet Funding Partner except where expressly provided under a separate agreement.
PayBito provides the technology necessary to facilitate Wallet Funding Services and to coordinate the processing of Funding Transactions through one or more Wallet Funding Partners.
Except as expressly provided by applicable law, PayBito does not assume responsibility for obligations owed by a Wallet Funding Partner.
PayBito may add, replace, suspend, or discontinue one or more Wallet Funding Partners at any time where reasonably necessary for operational, regulatory, security, commercial, or compliance purposes.
Such changes shall not require amendment of these Wallet Funding Services Terms.
The Platform may make one or more Funding Methods available for Wallet Funding.
Supported Funding Methods may include:
The availability of a Funding Method may vary based upon jurisdiction, Platform functionality, compliance requirements, Wallet Funding Partner capabilities, or other operational considerations.
The User is solely responsible for selecting the Funding Method used for each Funding Transaction.
Each Funding Transaction is processed independently using the Funding Method selected by the User at the time of authorization.
Certain Funding Methods may be subject to additional agreements, disclosures, operational procedures, or authorization requirements.
Where applicable, such additional terms supplement these Wallet Funding Services Terms solely with respect to the applicable Funding Method.
PayBito may add, suspend, modify, or discontinue any Funding Method at any time where reasonably necessary due to:
Nothing in these Wallet Funding Services Terms guarantees the continued availability of any Funding Method.
The Platform may establish minimum or maximum Funding Amounts for one or more Funding Methods.

Where applicable, fees relating to a Funding Method shall be disclosed by the Platform before the User authorizes the Funding Transaction.

Where Wallet Funding involves currency conversion, asset conversion, or similar exchange functionality, the applicable conversion rates, fees, and supported assets shall be determined in accordance with the Platform’s operational procedures and any additional terms applicable to such services.
Certain Funding Methods may require additional identity verification, authentication, ownership verification, fraud screening, compliance review, or other verification procedures before a Funding Transaction may be completed.
The User agrees to cooperate with such verification procedures where reasonably requested by the Platform or a Wallet Funding Partner.
The Platform may decline or restrict the use of a Funding Method where reasonably necessary to:
The Platform shall have no obligation to process a Funding Transaction using a Funding Method that has been declined or restricted under this Section.
Upon receipt of a Funding Authorization, the Platform may submit the Funding Transaction to the applicable Wallet Funding Partner for authorization and processing.
Completion of a Funding Transaction remains subject to authorization, verification, compliance review, fraud prevention measures, operational requirements, and Platform Risk Controls.
Each Funding Transaction requires a separate Funding Authorization from the User.
The Platform shall not initiate a Funding Transaction without the User’s authorization.
Where a Funding Transaction is successfully processed, the Platform may provide a Funding Confirmation identifying, where applicable:
Upon successful processing of a Funding Transaction, the applicable Wallet Assets shall be credited to the User’s Platform Wallet.
The User acknowledges that the crediting of Wallet Assets constitutes completion of the Wallet Funding transaction only.
A Merchant Payment, where applicable, requires a separate authorization.
Funding Transactions may be delayed due to:
PayBito does not guarantee that a Funding Transaction will be completed within any specific period.
A Funding Transaction may be declined for reasons including:
The Platform shall have no obligation to complete a declined Funding Transaction.
Where a Funding Transaction cannot be completed after processing has commenced, the Platform may cancel, reverse, or otherwise terminate the Funding Transaction in accordance with applicable operational procedures.
Where reasonably practicable, the User shall be notified through the Platform.
PayBito may correct clerical errors, processing errors, duplicate credits, duplicate Funding Transactions, calculation errors, or other operational errors affecting Wallet Funding.
The User authorizes PayBito to make reasonable adjustments necessary to accurately reflect the intended Funding Transaction.
The Platform may maintain records relating to each Funding Transaction for operational, accounting, fraud prevention, compliance, audit, dispute resolution, regulatory, security, and legal purposes.
Such records may include transaction identifiers, timestamps, Funding Method, Funding Amount, Wallet Assets credited, Funding Authorizations, agreement versions accepted, electronic acknowledgements, IP addresses, device information, browser information, session identifiers, and other transaction-related information maintained by the Platform.
The User acknowledges that each Funding Transaction is independent of any subsequent Merchant Payment.
Completion of a Funding Transaction does not:
A Merchant Payment requires a separate Payment Authorization by the User.
Wallet Funding transactions may be subject to Refunds, reversals, adjustments, corrections, or other actions required by applicable law, Platform policies, Wallet Funding Partner requirements, fraud prevention measures, compliance obligations, or operational requirements.
The availability and method of any Refund, reversal, adjustment, or correction depend upon the Funding Method used for the applicable Funding Transaction.
Different Funding Methods may be subject to different operational procedures, processing requirements, and Wallet Funding Partner capabilities.
Where a Funding Transaction is processed through a Wallet Funding Partner, Refunds, reversals, adjustments, and related processing may be performed in accordance with the operational procedures, technical capabilities, and requirements of the applicable Wallet Funding Partner.
PayBito may facilitate such processing where supported by the applicable Wallet Funding Partner.

Where a Funding Transaction is reversed, adjusted, cancelled, or otherwise corrected, PayBito may correspondingly adjust the User’s Platform Wallet to accurately reflect the resulting Wallet Balance.

Nothing in this Article modifies the legal effect of a Merchant Payment that has been separately authorized by the User.
Wallet Funding and Merchant Payments remain separate and independently authorized transactions governed by their respective agreements.

The User acknowledges that Wallet Funding and Merchant Payments are separate and independently authorized transactions governed by separate agreements.
A dispute, Refund, reversal, or other action affecting a Funding Transaction does not alter the independent legal nature of a Merchant Payment.
Questions or disputes relating to a Funding Transaction should be directed to PayBito through the support channels made available by the Platform.
PayBito may request additional information or documentation reasonably necessary to investigate the matter.
Where a Funding Transaction was processed through a Wallet Funding Partner, any dispute, retrieval request, reversal, or similar process may be subject to the operational procedures, technical capabilities, and requirements of the applicable Wallet Funding Partner.
