This Schedule A forms part of the Card Wallet Funding Terms and Merchant Payment Authorization Terms, as applicable.
When a User funds a Wallet using a credit or debit card, the following Card Wallet Funding Fee currently applies:
| Transaction | Fee |
|---|---|
| Card Wallet Funding | 3.5% of the Funding Amount + $1.00 per transaction |
The Card Wallet Funding Fee is currently a third-party payment processing fee passed through in connection with processing the card transaction. PayBito does not currently charge an additional PayBito fee for Card Wallet Funding.
Before authorizing a Card Wallet Funding transaction, the User will be shown the applicable Funding Amount, Card Wallet Funding Fee, Total Card Charge, and Wallet Asset amount to be credited.
By authorizing the transaction, the User accepts the fees and amounts displayed for that transaction.
When a User uses an available Wallet balance to make a Merchant Payment:
| Transaction | Fee |
|---|---|
| Merchant Payment from Wallet to Merchant | No fee currently charged |
PayBito does not currently charge the User a fee for transferring Wallet Assets from the User’s Wallet to the Merchant’s settlement wallet as part of a Merchant Payment.
Before a transaction for which a fee applies is authorized, the Platform will display the applicable fees and material transaction amounts.
The fee displayed to and accepted by the User at the time of authorization will be the fee applicable to that transaction.
PayBito may introduce, modify, or discontinue fees for Card Wallet Funding, Merchant Payments, or related services from time to time, subject to applicable law.
Any new or modified fee applicable to a transaction will be disclosed to the User before the User authorizes the transaction.
A change in fees will not retroactively affect a transaction already authorized by the User.
This Schedule A applies only to Card Wallet Funding and Merchant Payment fees.
Fees and limits applicable to other PayBito products and services are governed separately and are available in PayBito’s then-current Limits and Fees schedule.
