These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SalesBito, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform, including its website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using SalesBito, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

The following terms have specific meanings throughout this agreement:
Refers to the CRM platform operated by PayBito.
Refers to any individual or entity accessing the Services.
Refers to an organization using SalesBito.
Refers to employees or representatives granted access by a Business Account.
Refers to lead, prospect, and customer information processed within the CRM.
2. Eligibility
To use SalesBito, you must meet the following requirements:

Be at least 18 years old
Legal Authority
Have legal authority to bind your organization
Business Purpose
Use SalesBito only for lawful business purposes
3. Account Registration & Access
Your account security is a shared responsibility:
- Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
- All activity under your account is your responsibility
- Unauthorized use must be reported immediately
4. Permitted Use
You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:
- Use SalesBito for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activities
- Upload malicious software or harmful code
- Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
- Violate privacy, data protection, or intellectual property laws
- Reverse engineer or misuse the platform
5. Customer Data & Data Protection
Understanding data roles and responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities
- You confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions and consents to process Customer Data
- Data handling is governed by the SalesBito Privacy Policy
- Comply with all applicable data protection regulations

6. Data Deletion & Account Termination
Data Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of personal or CRM data using the Data Deletion Request option in their account settings.
Permanent Removal
Deleted data cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have exported necessary data before requesting deletion.
Legal Retention
Some data may be retained where required by law or for compliance purposes.
Account Termination Impact
Account termination may result in permanent data loss including all leads, contacts, and sales records.
7. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing
- Certain features require a paid subscription
- Pricing and billing terms are displayed on the SalesBito website
- Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

9. Intellectual Property Rights
SalesBito Ownership
SalesBito owns all rights to the platform, software, and branding. You may not copy, distribute, or modify SalesBito intellectual property without authorization.
User Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of their Customer Data. You grant SalesBito a limited, non-exclusive license to process data solely to provide the Services.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to:
- Keep confidential any non-public business or technical information
- Use such information only for permitted purposes
- Protect sensitive data from unauthorized disclosure
11. Service Availability & Modifications
- SalesBito does not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
12. Disclaimer of Warranties

- SalesBito disclaims all express or implied warranties
- No guarantee is made regarding sales outcomes or business performance

13. Limitation of Liability
