Agreement Overview
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BitoHRIS, a Smart Human Resource Information System (HRIS) platform, including its website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using BitoHRIS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

The following terms have specific meanings throughout this agreement:
Refers to the HR management platform operated by PayBito.
Refers to any individual accessing the Services.
Refers to an employer or entity using BitoHRIS.
Refers to employees, HR staff, or representatives granted access by an Organization.
Refers to employee, applicant, contractor, and employment-related data processed within the platform.
2. Eligibility
To use BitoHRIS, you must meet the following requirements:
Age Requirement
Be at least 18 years of age
Legal Authority
Have authority to bind your organization (if applicable)
Lawful Purpose
Use the Services solely for lawful employment and HR management purposes
3. Account Registration & Access
Your account security and management responsibilities:
- Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration
- Login credentials must be kept confidential
- Organizations are responsible for managing user roles and permissions
- All activity under an account is the responsibility of the Organization
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:
- Use BitoHRIS for unlawful, discriminatory, or unethical activities
- Upload false, misleading, or unauthorized HR data
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Introduce malware or harmful code
- Violate employment, labor, or data protection laws
5. HR Data & Data Protection
Understanding data roles and responsibilities:

- Comply with all applicable employment and data protection regulations

Data Deletion Requests
Authorized administrators may request deletion of HR Data using the Data Deletion Request option in account settings.
Permanent Removal
Deleted data cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have exported necessary records before requesting deletion.
Legal Retention
Certain data may be retained where legally required under employment or tax regulations.
Account Termination Impact
Termination of an account may result in permanent data loss including all employee records.
8. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing
- Some features may require a paid subscription
- Pricing and billing terms are displayed on the BitoHRIS website
- Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

10. Intellectual Property Rights
BitoHRIS Ownership
BitoHRIS owns all rights to the platform, software, and branding. No rights are granted to copy, modify, or distribute BitoHRIS intellectual property without permission.
Organization Data Ownership
Organizations retain ownership of their HR Data. Organizations grant BitoHRIS a limited license to process data solely to provide the Services.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to:
- Maintain confidentiality of non-public business and HR information
- Use confidential information only for permitted purposes
- Protect sensitive HR Data from unauthorized disclosure
12. Service Availability & Modifications
- BitoHRIS does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Features and functionality may be modified or discontinued at any time
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible

- BitoHRIS disclaims all express or implied warranties
