Refers to accounting, bookkeeping, compliance, and transaction-related data processed within the platform.
2. Eligibility
To use BitoBooks, you must meet the following requirements:

Legal Authority
Have authority to bind your organization
Lawful Purpose
Use Services solely for lawful financial and business purposes
3. Account Registration & Security
Your account security is a shared responsibility:
- Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
- Login credentials must be kept confidential at all times
- Business Accounts are responsible for managing user access and permissions
- BitoBooks is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:
- Use BitoBooks for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities
- Upload false, inaccurate, or unauthorized financial data
- Introduce malware or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Violate accounting, tax, or regulatory laws
5. Financial Data & Compliance Responsibilities
Business as Data Controller
Businesses using BitoBooks act as Data Controllers for their financial data. Users confirm they have legal authority to store and process financial data within the platform.
BitoBooks as Data Processor
BitoBooks acts as a Data Processor, processing data only to provide the Services. Data handling practices are governed by the BitoBooks Privacy Policy.
6. Data Deletion & Account Termination
- Authorized users may request deletion of data using the Data Deletion Request option
- Deleted data cannot be recovered
- Certain financial records may be retained as required by law
- Termination of an account may result in permanent data loss

11. Service Availability & Modifications
- BitoBooks does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
